8oz cream cheese
12oz cool whip
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
3 1/2 cup milk
2 small package chocolate pudding
1 (20oz) package oreo cookies
mix cream cheese, butter, and powder sugar together. set aside. mix milk and pudding beat until thick. add cool whip to the pudding. then add cream cheese mixture. crush cookies. put 1/3 of cookies in the bottom of a container ( 1/3 is one row of cookies) put 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of cookies. and then repeat.
chill before serving
